Goodell Gardens & Homestead is proud to partner with Meadville Community Theatre to present Love Letters by A. R. Gurney
Love Letters by: A.R. Gurney is unique and imaginative theater piece which is comprised of letters exchanged over a lifetime between two people who grew up together, went their separate ways, but continued to share confidences. As the actors read the letters aloud, what is created is an evocative, touching, frequently funny but always telling pair of character studies in which what is implied is as revealing and meaningful as what is actually written down.
Actors Maribeth McCarthy and Dan Winston play Melissa and Andy.
Proceeds from this event will benefit Meadville Community Theatre and Goodell Gardens & Homestead, both nonprofit organizations.
This performance includes adult language and themes.
The event will be held with outdoor seating, weather permitting. In case of rain, the event will be held inside the Events Barn.
Please bring a chair or blanket to sit on.
