The 2022 Homegrown Harvest Festival will be held Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022.
Plans are still underway, but the event will include art vendors, farm vendors, food trucks, live music, children’s activities, and more!
WANT TO VEND?
The Homegrown Harvest Festival welcomes vendors who offer unique items of farm market products that are handmade, homegrown, or otherwise produced within 50 miles of Goodell Gardens & Homestead (221 Waterford Street, Edinboro, PA 16412). Edinboro-area nonprofit organizations and small businesses are also welcome to apply to vend or exhibit at the event.
A $10 application fee is due at the time of application.
Vendor fees are listed in the application, but range from $30 – $100.
All vendors must provide their own tables, tents, and chairs. Spots are either 10×10′ or 10×20′. Contact us if you require additional space.
ART VENDORS must make their own items by hand (not from kits) and must not use licensed or copyrighted images (or provide proof of licensing/copyright).
ART & FARM VENDORS must produce the products they’re selling and salespeople at the event must be knowledgeable about the way items were grown/produced.
FOOD TRUCKS must provide their own power and proof of licensing from Erie County Department of Health.
ANY VENDOR selling potentially-hazardous food items must provide proof of insurance and licensing from Erie County Department of Health. A special events permit may be required.
SMALL BUSINESSES & NONPROFITS must be from the Edinboro area.

ALL ITEMS FOR SALE AND ALL EXHIBITIONS MUST BE FAMILY-FRIENDLY, APPROPRIATE FOR PUBLIC DISPLAY AND NON-POLITICAL IN NATURE. GOODELL GARDENS & HOMESTEAD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE REMOVAL OF INAPPROPRIATE ITEMS/DISPLAYS DURING THE EVENT.
GOODELL GARDENS & HOMESTEAD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR DENY APPLICANTS AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION FOR REASONS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE CRITERIA, QUALITY OF WORK, DUPLICATION OF VENDORS, NON-ADHERANCE TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AS SET FORTH IN THE VENDOR APPLICATION, PREVIOUS NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE VENDOR, OR VENDORS/ITEMS/EXHIBITORS THAT MAY EXPOSE GOODELL GARDENS & HOMESTEAD TO ADVERSE PUBLICITY.
APPLICATION FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. VENDORS WHO APPLY ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THEIR APPLICATION IS APPROVED AND ALL BOOTH FEES ARE PAID IN FULL.
