Local metal-smith and self proclaimed “junk artist”, Megan Molly Whitten, will be sharing some integrated knowledge of these two forms of art in a found object jewelry class at Goodell Gardens Sunday, June 30, 2019 from 1 to 3 pm.
Each participant will create a one-of-a-kind wearable piece of jewelry. Possibly a set depending on time and experience level. All materials will be provided at the event, but if you have a set of jewelry pliers (round noise, flat jawed and cutters), the more the merrier. Feel free to bring your own bobbles, old costume jewelry to break apart, or an interesting objects, and Megan can show you how to attach/incorporate them into your piece.
Join us and show us how creative you can be!
Cost: $45 (non member)
$40 (member)
Registration is required, as class size is limited.
